Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms below.

Commissioning & Workflow

⛧ I will prioritize requests that I can best accommodate over first in applications.
⛧ I reserve the right to decline a request for any reason.
⛧ Your request can be cancelled if your behavior is inappropriate. This will have a ceased service fee of 20% - 50% depending how far through the process this occurs.
⛧ I do not accept AI references.
⛧ Work-in-progress pictures or videos will be sent to you at several points throughout the process.
⛧ Physical design requests and changes can be made until the end of the design window when sculpting will start. However, requests and changes to paint job and colors can continue until the sculpting window ends. Changes after these points can only be made if it is due to my error.
⛧ I require the full amount of time you have been quoted to work on your project. I will contact you if there are any unavoidable delays.
⛧ Your commission will not be sent until full/final payment is received.
⛧ You will be given a 2-week window when it is time to pay the final invoice, afterward there will be a $20 per day late fee for every day it is unpaid.
⛧ You must read and agree to my full Terms of Service and be of age to finalize purchase.

Payment

⛧ Prices are in USD and payments are made via PayPal.
⛧ Once the quote is accepted, I require a non-refundable deposit of $300 to hold your slot.
Before I start working, you must pay at least half of the total price (minus the deposit already paid).
⛧ Prices listed are a base price and can increase due to design complexity. A quote of the cost of your custom piece will be given.
⛧ You do not have to continue with a commission if given a quote – there is no obligation for payment. If you would like to change some things to change the price, please let me know.
⛧ Once the commission and payment are confirmed, no refunds are allowed.

Deadlines & Delivery

⛧ If deadline is required , you will need to say this at the Application Stage.
⛧ Asking for a deadline will have a fee depending on urgency and my current commission queue.

Intellectual Property

⛧ Don't claim my artwork as your own.
⛧ Don't remove my signature, resell, or repost my artwork without my permission.
⛧ Pictures of video of my artwork shouldn't be used in any sort of AI database.

Privatization

⛧ I have the right to livestream and upload work-in-progress pictures and/or videos while working on your commission unless you pay a privacy fee.
⛧ Private WIP – if you don’t want to see things beforehand, I will not upload any pics or videos before they are shown to you. Please see the three points below to see the different types of privacy you can choose.
⛧ “Show Me First” – If you want me to not livestream and to post content only after you have seen it, there is a fee of 5%. I will post the day after it is sent to you.
⛧ “Specific Date” – If you want everything hidden from public view until a specific reveal date, there is a fee of 10%.
⛧ “Full Privacy” – If you never want anything to be streamed or posted publicly, there is a fee of 20%.

Commercial Use

⛧ Commercial use is dealt with case by case. Please contact me to discuss.⛧ Do commissions for giveaways and events count as commercial?
Yes, any commissions to be used as giveaways, announcements, or milestones etc. count as commercial. Please contact me to discuss, so I can best understand your needs.

Please Note

Terms of Service are subject to change without previous notice.Disrespecting the Terms of Service or inappropriate behavior during commission process will lead to cancellation of the project and a fee. This may also lead to you being blacklisted from future commission requests.
